When we do our Photo Walks we say we expect people to walk at 0.5mph or slower, and people laugh, and then we say we’re not joking. The point being you take good photos by looking, and in order to really see the city you need to slow down. In fact you could say our entire school ethos is based on slowing down.

So Hamish Fulton’s Group Walk the Fierce Festival earlier in the year really struck a chord. He asked people to walk very slowly indeed across the wasteland behind Curzon St Station. So you can hopefully understand why I’m posting the video here. Lovely stuff.
